Art gallery and home decor stores usually sell the decorated eggs for more than $95. We are able to offer them at moderate prices by contracting directly with the artists at fair trade prices. Imported under US Wildlife and Fisheries Permit (available on request).
No two eggs, however similar in style, even by the same artist, are the same; each one is an original, unique, museum quality work of art. Being handcrafted from natural materials some minor imperfections may be anticipated that add rather than detract from the beauty of the decorated egg. NO OSTRICH WAS HARMED TO MAKE THE PRODUCT. Fumigated for avian viruses the infertile ggs are sourced from farm-raised breeders.
The eggs are very popular and in great demand by collectors. They are often sold out; the number available will read backordered instead of a quantity when that happens. A similar sculpture i.e. color, size, design or pattern can be ordered (click on the backordered link for details) that takes eight to 14 weeks. If backorder not wanted, remove the item/s from the shopping cart or at checkout.
