Made in Mozambique, southeastern Africa on 100% African cotton canvas, they sell for more than $15 in US home décor stores. We are able to offer them at moderate prices by contracting directly with the artists at fair trade prices.
The design and style is imaginative and unique to these Mozambican artists. When backlit it shows like stained glass. Being handcrafted no two tapestries, however similar, are identical.
